1) You tell what us bike (or bikes) you’re interested in. If you have any specific preferences such as the color scheme, mileage, max budget, etc., you can let us know that as well. You can contact us by email at info@moto2imports.com or by phone at (844) 44-MOTO2.

2) We will find suitable options to match your preferences and send you specific details including pictures, video, and pricing info. We will be happy to discuss each option in detail or answer any questions you have. You can also search bikes directly on the Yahoo Auctions and Goobike websites, here and here. If you see something you like on these sites, you can email us the link for an import quote.

3) When we find a bike you like, we will move forward with the purchase process and handle everything to have the bike legally imported to the US. Bikes in Japan can be sold with a fixed price or via auction (auction is most common). If the bike has a fixed price in Japan, we will quote you a fixed price to import it. If it is available at auction, you let us know how much you’d like to bid.

4) We require a 50% deposit prior to purchase/bidding with the balance due within 10 business days of purchase. Deposits are refundable if we cannot purchase the bike for any reason or we get outbid at auction.

5) All bikes are delivered to our US partner shop in Dover, Delaware where they can be picked up in person or we can arrange door to door delivery. We can also provide any and all mechanical or cosmetic services at our shop prior to final delivery.
